Home Source is a father-son company that can trace its roots back to the '70s.
When Brad Taflinger was 12 years old, he would help his neighbor work on residential construction after school for fun. As he grew older he did construction work for friends, and found a job with a lumber company in 1976. Brad started his own business called Construction Services in 1994, and their services covered everything from construction to renovation and maintenance.
His son, Cullen Taflinger, followed in his father's footsteps and began handing his father tools at worksites when he was 10 years old. Together, the Taflingers flipped 20 houses and built 3 from the ground up.
Cullen began mowing lawns and expanded into landscaping. Together, Cullen and Brad founded Home Source Property Services LLC, bringing their lifetimes of experience to Delaware County and the surrounding areas.
